Non-Refundable Products and Services
All purchases made through LogoLook AI are final and non-refundable, including credits and the creation of digital material such as logos. The transaction is deemed complete after credits have been bought and/or digital material has been produced with our services. We are unable to provide refunds, cancellations, or exchanges under any circumstances because our services entail the immediate delivery of digital items that cannot be undone or returned. You understand and agree that there will be no reimbursements for any credits, produced logos, or other digital outputs that you use or don't utilize when you purchase and use our services.
Exceptions
Only when there are demonstrable technical issues that hinder the appropriate delivery or utilization of the acquired services will refund claims be taken into consideration. Users must submit comprehensive details about the problem, along with hard proof like system logs, error messages, or pertinent screenshots, in order to be considered for a review. Refunds will only be given if LogoLook AI can confirm—at its own discretion—that there was a technical issue with our platform that prevented the user from accessing or using the credits or services they had purchased. Please be aware that user error, changes in personal circumstances, or dissatisfaction with the generated logos' visual quality do not qualify for a refund. Please email our support staff at contact@erreholdings.com if you think you qualify for a refund due to a technical issue, and send us all supporting documents so we can review it.
